What kind of issue is going on here? Obviously we're getting mixed messages with the info above about being able to accept much larger memory configurations, but in practice things get quite whacky. I found the SSD and the memory together have made Sierra very usable. If I remember correctly, the 2010 MBP13s can take 16 (two 8gb modules) but the 15 inch 2010 MBPs cannot. Compatible with 2.4 or 2.66 GHz Core 2 Duo Penryn Mid 2010 MacBook Pros.

OWC firstĬonfirmed an actual maximum of 64 GB of RAM running Mac OS X 10.5 RAM, but again, OWC found they actually can support more.
